By using any part of the service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

    These terms and conditions are the terms on which our website Reels Casino including mobile web, mobile applications and gaming services (collectively the ‟Service”) is made available to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Service. These terms and conditions were last updated on January 2020. We may change these terms and conditions for commercial, regulatory compliance or customer service reasons. The above terms constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous agreements. If you do not wish to be bound by the above terms you should immediately stop using the Service.

2. OPENING AND MAINTAINING AN ACCOUNT

Registration

2.2 You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account. In particular, you agree to keep your password strictly confidential and you are responsible for any misuse of your password. You must not allow any other person to access your account to use the Service. If another person accesses your account, you are solely responsible for all their actions whether or not their access was authorised by you.

2.3 Any bets placed via your account must be for your own benefit and not for the benefit of any third party. Provided that we have been correctly supplied with the account information requested, we are entitled to assume that payments and any bets are made by you.

2.4 You can only register one (1) account with us. If we identify that you have acted fraudulently or dishonestly in opening multiple or duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to suspend or withhold any winnings/funds that have accumulated on those accounts. We also reserve the right to close any and all accounts.

2.5 You are not permitted to register an account or use the Service if you are under 18 years of age. You will not be able to make a deposit or use the Service until we have verified that you are 18 years of age or over.

2.6 You are not eligible to open an account with the Company unless you are resident in Great Britain.

2.7 You may only use the Service for your own personal and private entertainment and not for any commercial or business purpose including bookmaking.

2.8 We reserve the right to refuse to open an account for any reason, including failure to meet our age or identity verification checks.

Deposit and withdrawal of fund
2.9 To bet or to play games for money using the Service, you need to deposit funds. You undertake that:

    all money that you deposit in your account is untainted with any illegality and, in particular, does not originate from any illegal activity or source;

    all payments made into your account are made by you, the account holder, otherwise the Company reserves the right to treat the deposit as invalid (and any winnings arising from such deposit as void); and

    all payments made into your account are authorised and you will not attempt to make any chargebacks, reversals or otherwise cancel any deposits into your account and where the Company incurs a loss as a result of this activity, you shall reimburse the Company in full on demand.

2.10 Our Licence from the Gambling Commission of Great Britain requires that we inform customers about what happens to funds we hold on account for you in the event of insolvency. Under the current Gambling Commission’s insolvency rating system your funds are not protected. Further information can be obtained by visiting: http://www.gamblingcommission.gov.uk/for-the-public/Your-rights/Protection-of-customer-funds.aspx. Customer funds are kept in accounts separate from our company accounts, but they would form part of the assets of the business in the event of insolvency. This meets the Gambling Commission’s requirements for the segregation of customer funds with a rating of: Not Protected.

2.11 We have a number of controls and checks in place before any withdrawal request is processed by the Company. These checks are part of our ongoing commitment to maintaining the security of our customers’ funds. All withdrawal requests are therefore only processed after the expiry of a set period from the withdrawal request being made.

Suspension or termination
2.12 Either we or you may suspend or terminate your account at any time, either with or without cause, upon notice (we will use reasonable endeavours to give such notice to you either before or after suspending or terminating your account). Please contact our customer services team by emailing [email protected] if you would like to close your account. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

2.13 Upon our confirmation of the closure of your account, we will notify you and provided that you have complied with these terms and conditions, send you the sum on deposit in your account by a method of payment determined by us. We may at any time off set any positive balance on your account against any amount owed by you to us (including under a duplicate account) where, by way of an example, we re-settle any bets or payment errors. Any negative balance on your account will fall immediately due and payable to us and your account will be closed only when this amount has been fully repaid. If you have any unsettled bets on your account at the time of your account closure, these bets will stand unless we advise you otherwise and you can contact us to collect any winnings arising from such bets.

2.14 We reserve the right, at our reasonable discretion, to close your account and/or void any bets or stakes and/or withhold your account balance and/or recover from your account the amount of any affected pay-outs, bonuses and winnings and/or implement a permanent ban from our Service for the following reasons:

    we, acting in good faith, have reason to believe that you are in breach of a material provision of these terms and conditions including but not limited to section 2.4 in respect of opening or using multiple or duplicate accounts and section 2.5 in respect of underage gambling;

    we become aware that you have used or attempted to use the Service for the purposes of fraud, collusion or unlawful or improper activity;

    you fail to provide us with accurate information in relation to your account;

    where we have taken the steps to void a bet for one of the reasons set out in sections 3.4 or 3.6 below, your actions leading to that considered a breach of these terms and conditions;

    we are required to do so by any regulatory authority or court;

    you become bankrupt.

3. USE OF THE SERVICE

3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that any bets placed through the Service are correct and placed in accordance with any additional Casino Rules.

Casino Games
3.2 If you require help in relation to the rules for a particular game, please use the dedicated ‘Help’ or ‘Info’ button in the top right-hand corner of the game window, and you will be taken to a dedicated page which details the rules and mechanics of that game.

3.3 To ensure a secure and fair playing environment, automatic playing of games by software (including, but not limited to, so called bots, Trojans, worms, logic-bots, auto-folders, AI-software and any software used for opponent-profiling and automatic betting) or the use of any other technical means to manipulate the outcome of the games or your/another player's account and/or data is not permitted. This will include, but is not limited to, using programmes to make decisions or take actions on yours or other players’ behalf and any form of hacking. Use of such programmes, behaviour or activity may (without affecting our other rights and remedies) result in closure of your account and other associated player account(s), and the cancellation of any winnings/funds that have accumulated on those accounts.

Errors and Omissions
3.4 Where problems occur in the software and/or hardware we use to provide the Service, we shall take all reasonable steps remedy the problem as soon as practicable. Where such problems cause a game to be interrupted in circumstances where it cannot be restarted from exactly the same position without any detriment to you, we will reinstate the balance on your account to the position existing following completion of the last recorded bet or use of games noted on our game server immediately prior to the occurrence of the problem, or take any other measure to ensure that you are not adversely affected by the error.

3.5 We will not be responsible for any delays, errors or losses due to failure, breakdown, interruption or malfunction of computer hardware and/or software or internet or other communications media or connection for any reason which is outside of our control. We will use reasonable endeavours to overcome any such event or occurrence so far as possible and reserve the right to cancel any bet arising as a result of any such event or occurrence.

3.6 A number of circumstances may arise where a bet is accepted, or a payment is made, by the Company in error, including, but not limited to where the Company makes an error. You must inform us as soon as reasonably practicable should you become aware of any error.

3.7 The Company shall use reasonable endeavours to detect any errors and inform you of them as soon as reasonably practicable. In respect of any error, we will:

    in the first instance, declare the bet void and return the bet into your account;

    secondly, correct the error made on a bet placed and re-settle the same at the correct price or terms which were available or should have been available at the time that the bet was placed, and the bet will be deemed to have taken place on the terms which were available for that bet immediately before the error occurred; and/or

    any monies which were credited by the Company into your account, or paid to you as a result of an error shall be held by you on trust for the Company and shall be refunded to the Company when a demand for payment is made and where you have funds in your account, the Company may retain such funds.

4. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

4.1 As part of our commitment to responsible gambling, we offer a deposit limit, bet limit, time out and self-exclusion facility to each player whereby you can set a limit on the amount that you deposit and spend and/or block access to your account for a specified or indefinite time. 4.2 Requests to increase deposit or bet limits or to re-open your account will take effect only after a cooling-off period of a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours from receipt of the request has elapsed. 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5.1 All website design, text, logos, graphics, music, sound, photographs, video, software compilations, underlying source code, software and all material contained forming any part of the Service are subject to copyright and other proprietary rights which are either owned by the Company or used by the Company under licence from third party rights owners.

5.2 Under no circumstances shall the use of the Service grant the player any interest in any intellectual property rights owned by the Company or any third party. You must not copy, store, publish, rent, licence, sell, distribute, alter, add to, delete, remove or tamper with the Service, any part of it including any intellectual property rights affixed to the website or mobile applications and/or any software made available for download without the Company’s prior written consent.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes the liability of either party for:

    death or personal injury caused by a party’s negligence;

    fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation); or

    statutory rights.

6.2 You have certain statutory rights including, without limitation, that the Service will be provided with reasonable skill and care. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect these legal rights or other rights to which you may also be entitled.

6.3 Subject to section 6.1 and 6.2, the Company is not responsible for:

    losses not caused by its breach of these terms and conditions;

    indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not reasonably foreseeable by the Company;

    business losses, and/or losses to non-consumers;

    losses caused by the equipment and devices the player uses to access the Service; and

    failure to meet any of the obligations under these terms and conditions where such failure is due to events beyond the Company’s reasonable control which prevent us from providing the Service or fulfilling our obligations under these terms and conditions including, but not limited to, fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident, terrorist activity and acts of God.

6.4 Subject to section 6.1 and 6.2, the Company’s maximum liability arising out of your use of the Service (or any part of it), whether such liability arises under breach of contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise will be limited to:

    where the Company’s liability relates to a bet, the amount of the bet placed by the player in respect of which the Company’s liability has arisen and any winnings resulting from that bet; and

    in respect of any other liability of the Company, the sum of ten thousand pounds Sterling (GB &gbp;10,000).

7. PRIVACY

7.1 Please read our Privacy Policy carefully which contains important information about the use of your personal data and other information regarding your privacy.

8. DISPUTES AND COMPLAINTS

8.1 You should contact the Company’s customer service team setting out the details of any complaint or dispute within twelve (12) months of the date that the dispute or complaint arose, by emailing [email protected] . We will review the complaint or dispute and respond to you within fourteen (14) days.

8.2 We always seek to resolve complaints or disputes internally, but if you are dissatisfied with the result under section 8.1 above, you may refer the complaint or dispute to the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (‟IBAS”) for independent alternative dispute resolution. If you wish to progress this option, you should inform us and we will issue you with a referral number to present to IBAS.

9. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

9.1 A person who is not a party to these terms and conditions shall not have any rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these terms and conditions.

9.2 Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, or any other form of joint venture between the parties.

9.3 You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations in whole or in part to any third party.

9.4 These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of England and Wales. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.

9.5 If any provision of these terms and conditions is found by a court or a regulator to be invalid or unenforceable the other provisions will continue to apply.

10. BONUS POLICY

We may offer bonuses and special offers from time to time (which are subject to this Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service, and any promotion-specific terms and conditions made available to you (“Promotion Terms”).

In the event of a conflict between the terms set in the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service and/or the Promotion Terms, the following order of priority shall apply: (i) Promotion Terms; (ii) Bonus Policy; (iii) Terms of Service.

10.1 General Terms Which relate To All Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

1. All bonuses offers are strictly limited to one: (i) per person; (ii) per household address; (iii) email address; (iv) telephone number, (v) identical payment account number (e.g. if you play with us or register with us in the United Kingdom debit card or for all other players debit card or credit card) or linked Skrill accounts; (vi) per IP address; (vii) computer (viii) mobile device (mobile or tablet); (ix) e-payment account;.

2. Bets placed on the any roulette or blackjack game will not count towards your wagering requirement for your casino bonus.

3. You will only be able to participate in any special offers and/or bonuses offered by us if you have deposited at least £10 of real money into your player account. This minimum amount may be higher depending on the promotion.

4. We may cancel, amend or modify any promotion, competition, bonus or special offer by publishing the amended or modified terms or notice of cancellation on the relevant internet page of the promotion, competition or special offer.

5. 6. Please note that we will not exercise this right to amend, modify or cancel any promotion, competition of special offer under this term for players who have already opted into the relevant promotion, competition or special offer, made a deposit in expectation of receipt of a bonus or otherwise commenced play in relation to the relevant promotion, competition or special offer where to do so would affect the ability of these players to:

6.1 receive or accrue the relevant bonus;

6.2 fulfil the remaining qualifying criteria for the relevant promotion, competition or special offer;

6.3 use, access or retain any bonuses already received or accrued,

except where the relevant players(s) has engaged in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour or where the amendment, modification or cancellation of the promotion is required to enable us to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations.

7.Notwithstanding anything else in this Bonus Policy or any additional terms or rules which govern the provision of any gambling promotion to players, players shall not be prevented from withdrawing:

7.1 their deposit balance,

7.2 winnings from wagers made with funds in that deposit balance; and

7.3 winnings from any bonus which are not subject to wagering requirements or restrictions (or for which wagering requirements or restrictions have been satisfied),except where we are required to prevent such withdrawal of funds in order to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money laundering requirements).

 


10.2 Casino Bonus Terms

With respect to any bets placed on casino products, which for the avoidance of doubt includes slot games, if you have sufficient real money funds and bonus funds in your account, each bet you make on any casino product will be made up of 50% real money funds and the other 50% will be made up of bonus funds. If you place a bet where the real money funds or the bonus funds in your account is not sufficient to cover the relevant 50% of your bet, we will use the funds the rest of your bonus funds or real money funds (as applicable) which are available to bet with to cover the rest of your bet. Your winnings from any such bet placed by you, will be paid to you in proportion to the real money funds and bonus funds you have used to place such bet. All such winnings generated by bonus funds will be subject to the rest of the terms of this Bonus Policy. By way of example only, if your player account has £4 in your real money balance and £6 in your bonus balance, if you place a bet of £10 on any casino product, your bet will be made up of £4 in real money funds and £6 in bonus funds and such bet generates a win of £30, your account will be credited with £12 to your real money balance and £18 in bonus funds to your bonus balance, with all such bonus funds winnings being subject to the terms of this Bonus Policy. 10.3                  Restrictions Regarding Casino Bonuses

Unless otherwise stated in this Bonus Policy, the Promotion Terms, competition or special offer, all bonuses and any winnings generated by such bonuses may only be cashed out after you have made at least one real money deposit and you have wagered at least 35 times the bonus received – for example you must wager £350 before cashing out if you have received a bonus of £10.

Wagering on different casino games will contribute differently towards your wagering requirements.

Only wagers made from your bonus balance, will contribute to the fulfillment of the wagering requirements.

Equal, zero or low margin bets or hedge betting will not contribute towards any wagering requirements. For example, betting on black or red on Roulette or covering more than 25 of the 37 numbers on the table.

Deposits made to generate a bonus may be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been fulfilled. However, if this occurs, the relevant bonus and its associated winnings will be removed from the player’s account. Players must contact support in order to withdraw their deposit which has generated the bonus.

Winnings received through the use of a bonus where no deposit is required to generate such bonus shall not exceed £100. Any winnings which are made with such bonus which exceeds the £100 maximum, shall be forfeited by you . Only the maximum winnings of £100 can be withdrawn by you subject to the terms specified in the Bonus Policy.

Winnings received through the use of the bonus, where no deposit is required to generate such bonus and as such must be wagered 50 times before any winnings relating to such are cashed out.

The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to games such as The Wish Master, Cloud Quest, Tower Quest, Pearls of India - can result in the winnings being voided. For example (but not limited to), playing Netent’s “The Wish Master” with an active bonus, activating 3 “wishes” to then leave the game and come back and collect the feature payout once the Bonus is gone.

When a bet abuses the betting system – regardless of which game it was placed on – it will not count towards a player’s wagering requirements. If the player placed single bets equal to or greater than £4 - or equivalent in the local currency - or £0,50 per line or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met, we reserve the right to withhold any amount in excess of the player’s original deposit from a player’s withdrawal. In addition, if a player deposited with Skrill and placed single bets equal to or greater than £2,50 of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.

Additional Bonuses

(i) Daily Bonuses: All daily bonus winnings are capped at £200 maximum unless otherwise stated.

(ii) Deposit Match Up Bonus: Unless stated otherwise, this bonus only applies the 1st deposit made by a player on a single day.

(iii) Cash Back Bonus:

Cash back bonuses are a percentage of house winnings which are then paid to a player

Cash back bonuses are only paid once a promotion has ended.

Cash back bonuses that require a deposit, are paid up to the total of deposits made, and cannot exceed £200.

Cash back bonuses that do not require a deposit, cannot exceed £200.

(iv) Bonus Codes: If a bonus code is not correctly entered during the required deposit (iv) transaction, you will not be eligible for the bonus associated with that bonus code.

Unless stated otherwise, all promotions run for 24hrs (7am -7am GMT).

Game winnings from “free spin” or “bonus” features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.

No promotional or other type of bonus will be issued or allowed once money has been cashed out and is in the players pending account. This will remain until that cash out has been either processed or cancelled and the pending account has a zero balance. The aforementioned clause will also apply should there still be an available balance in the player’s players account.

Other requirements may be set, according to the type of bonuses. All bonuses and any money won from that bonus will be erased from the players account after 21 days of inactivity. This only applies to players with a remaining bonus balance.

10.4 Prohibited Promotional Play Which relate To All Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

We may remove a bonus and any associated winnings generated by the bonus, if we have we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged and/or are engaging in any of the following practices with respect to a bonus:

(i) if you have qualified to receive a bonus (including without limitation a deposit related bonus) and any single bet which you make with respect to such bonus exceeds 15% of your initial deposit amount used to generate such bonus .
(ii) for Casino, if you place a single bet equal to or greater than £4 or £0,50 per line or 15 percent of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
(iii) if you deposit with Skrill and place single bets equal to or greater than £2,50 of the bonus amount before the wagering requirements for the bonus have been met.
(iv) Irregular play and bonus and promotional abuse

delayed winnings, for example, "spin" or "bonus" features initiated with bonus or cash funds, then you step out of the bonus or bonus round, and then you complete such bonus or round at a later time for example, after the bonus has been wagered;

State Game Abuse: where you use the bonus funds to purely to progress through the bonus stages and then prior to completing the final bonus stages, you release or forfeit the bonus funds and then complete the final bonus stages with a real money bet. This includes, but is not limited to, those listed as 0% contribution in the wagering table contributions table.

Depositing funds to receive free/extra/bonus spins, and then wagering your deposit just over 1 time your deposit value, initiating a withdrawal and then before withdrawing you cancel the bonus.

We reserve the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. You hereby consent in advance to same. If, upon such a review, it appears that you are participating, or attempting to participate, in strategies that we, deem to be Prohibited Promotional Play as detailed above, we reserve the right to deny, withhold, revoke or withdraw your entitlement to any promotion or bonus and winnings deriving therefrom.

10.4                  Restrictions on Winnings

Your player account is made up of both real money funds and bonus funds. Your bonus funds are the total of bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement as well as any winnings associated with such bonus funds. Your real money funds s are those real money funds that you have deposited and any winnings derived from such. Real money funds can be: (i) used in any applicable game; and (ii) withdrawn at any time in accordance with the Cashout Policy and this Bonus Policy.

If you place a wager using only your bonus funds, and win, you will receive, depending on your chosen account currency, up to a maximum of £500 in winnings. If your winnings exceed £500 you will only receive £500. This bullet point shall not apply to: (i) any winnings received through the use of a free/extra/bonus spins where the relevant cap on winnings can be found in the Free/extra/bonus Spins Section above; and (ii) any winnings received through the use of a bonus where no deposit is required to generate such bonus and the relevant cap on winnings can be found in the Restrictions Regarding Casino Bonuses Section above.

10.6 Your Ability To Remove A Bonus From Your Bonus Balance

You are entitled to remove a bonus from your player account, if no game play has taken place with respect to such bonus. You can remove such bonus by removing it manually within “View Bonuses”, or, by contacting our support team by email at [email protected] .
